1Intended use and safe operating limits

Use the product only as intended and within these limits. Each holder takes two containers, each up to one US quart (one litre), filled no higher than the container manufacturer's fill line. Do not overfill, do not stack containers, and do not use containers outside the stated diameter range.

The hook handle is designed to hang the holder from a secure point such as a ladder rung, tool belt, rail, or fixing where the hook can fully engage and hold the load. Make sure the hook is fully seated and the holder is stable before you let go of it, and check it again during use. Never position a loaded holder above people or walkways, or anywhere a falling container could cause injury or damage property. Do not hang the holder from anything unstable, or from any point that could let it slip free or come loose.

2Use at your own risk

You are responsible for determining whether the product is suitable for your specific application and work conditions. Before each use, confirm the product is undamaged, correctly positioned, and that containers are fully seated and secure. Do not use the product if it is cracked, deformed, loose, or shows any reduced holding strength. Discontinue use immediately if it becomes damaged.

3Temperature and environmental conditions

Material performance may vary with temperature, impact, UV exposure, chemical exposure and other environmental conditions. In freezing or near-freezing conditions, plastics can become more brittle and may crack or break if dropped, struck or forced. The Constricta Multi Pot Grip may not be suitable for use in extremely low temperatures. Inspect the product regularly, and do not use it if it has been exposed to freezing conditions and shows any cracking, deformation or reduced holding strength.

4Chemical safety

The product holds containers of glue, primer and similar solvents. It does not contain, dispense or alter those chemicals, and it provides no protection against chemical hazards. All chemical risks, including fumes, flammability, skin and eye contact and disposal, are governed by the chemical manufacturer's instructions and Safety Data Sheet. Always follow those instructions in full, including ventilation requirements and the use of appropriate personal protective equipment. The open design is intended to keep container labels visible and readable, but it remains your responsibility to ensure containers are correctly labelled and handled safely.

5Assumption of risk

The Constricta Multi Pot Grip does not eliminate the hazards of working at height, working around chemicals, or working on an active job site. You assume all risks associated with those conditions. Always follow all applicable workplace safety rules and your employer's site requirements.

6Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rebend Industries and its officers, employees, contractors, manufacturers and distributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, materials or equipment, arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In any event, Rebend Industries' total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the product will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, or the limitation of liability for personal injury, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in this disclaimer limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
